High Throughput Screening
High Throughput Screening in multiwell plates is surprisingly simple with Avalon HT analyzers. The
RamanStation HTS is a push button benchtop spectrometer with research grade performance.
The
RamanStation HTS is a very scaleable system, allowing manual sample loading through to interfacing with robotic sample movement systems. Our highly efficient optical setup radically decreases the analysis time per well, which makes a huge difference when examining hundreds or thousands of samples.
HT Reaction Monitoring
Analyze up to 8 reactors, with one Raman Spectrometer. The Avalon
RamanFlex can be fitted with up to 18 probes, suitable for use in parallel synthesis stations.
High Temperature and High Pressure are no problem, we offer a range of probe heads to suit your application or reactor setup.
Polymorph / Crystal Hunting
The
RamanStation HTS is equipped with a automated motorized XYZ sampling stage, this can be used to automatically map multi well plates, when used in conjunction with our HTS predict software, the spectrometer can automatically search each well for a particular polymorph, crystal or substance and alert you when the material is found.
Polymer or Drug Production
The Avalon
RamanFlex can be simply added to existing conveyer belts or extruders offering multi-point real-time process feedback.
The
RamanFlex can be controlled by the process control computer (DCS station) and can provide real time feedback to the DCS via a wide range of communication protocols.
