Reaction / Curing Monitoring

Analysis in Melt
The RamanFlex Fibre Optic analyzer, is perfect for monitoring polymers in melt. Our high temperature probes can simply operate at high temperatures.
The melt or extrusion process can be monitored in real time and results fed back to the extruder, thus allowing high performance real time process control. Our fiber optic probes can be employed over long distances (100's of Meters), allowing the analyzer to be stored out of harms way.
