The RamanMicro-FS uses our unique Echelle spectrometer coupled to a state of the art vacuum sealed CCD camera. It provides the full spectra range (90-3500 cmֿ¹ ) with no scan & stitch and a true resolution of 4 cmֿ¹ (FWHM). An Olympus BX51 microscope is used and spot size down to 1 um is achieved.
The RamanMicro-EZ is a highly affordable research grade Raman Microscope. The RamanMicro-EZ used scientific Grade TE cooled CCD detector and high performance laser and spectrograph.
